Harshit plan — 14 flows, ready to send
1,000 people each · nobody in two flows or in any earlier batch · a different product per flow · no coupons (only the live 10% + free prepaid shipping). Messages start "Harshit here, Wishluck se".
Ask the data
Claude reads the live Shopify data (read-only) and answers with numbers. Ask about any segment, city, pincode, product, batch or result.
Products
Delivered % and RTO % are of shipments with a final status. Repeat % = buyers of this product who ever ordered again.
Where the good orders come from
Score = prepaid % × delivered %. Sorted by orders; sort by score to find the best pincodes. Pincodes need 40+ orders, cities 100+, states 200+.
Cross-sell: first purchase → second purchase
First ad angle → loyalty
Month by month
12 flows — ready to send
One zip: a folder per flow with the image, the contact CSV and the message. No person or product is in two flows.
Segments — send one at a time, in this order
SizeBuilt batches
Playbook — every batch idea in one sheet
Download sheet (CSV, opens in Excel / Google Sheets)One row per batch: who gets it, why it was built this way, what it tests, when to send, the WhatsApp message, button link, image prompt and video prompt. Video: only the ★ rows need one (statics are the main push). Paste the video prompt into ChatGPT / Sora (or any image-to-video tool), attach the product's first Shopify photo, 16:9, 8 s.
Add WhatsApp campaign numbers
Tip: name the campaign in the WA tool after the batch id (e.g. ebook_to_phone-2) — then the match is exact. Several screenshots at once is fine.
Leaderboard (sent batches)
Orders = real Shopify orders from batch phones after the send time (updates every sync). WA numbers come from the screenshot you drop on a batch, or manual entry.

Data
(the cron does this every 15 min on Vercel; pulls orders updated since last sync, rebuilds customers, refreshes the eligible counts)
CSV columns match the WA tool sample: Phone(with country code), Custom Var 1 = first name, Custom Var 2 = city, Custom Var 3 = product they bought. Use {{1}} {{2}} {{3}} in the template.
